There is a pretty annoying error of the new OS is that it does not remember the Wifi password as in the previous versions. That may make you impatient when keep entering the password again and again, whenever you turn on your PC and access the Internet. Today, we will show you the solution for this problem. 


Method 1:  Modifying through Settings


The very first thing that you have to do is clicking on the Wifi icon on the system taskbar, then you select “Network setting”.

The window comes up with you. In this, look at the left side, click on Wifi and choose “Manage known networks”.

Then you choose the Wifi name that you do not want your PC to remember the password and click “Forget”.

Next, click on Wifi icon on the taskbar again. Click to select your Wifi -> Click on Connect and then insert the password to connect with the Internet. Finally, after you complete connecting, restart your computer and reconnect. Now, your computer has had the ability to recognize and connect to the Internet automatically without asking for entering password. 

Method 2: Modifying through “Device Manager”

Firstly, you open Start Menu, insert the text: “Devmgmt.msc“ to open the “ Device Manager” window.

In this window, you find Network Adapters and right-click on Wireless adapter, choose Uninstall.

 A confirming dialog will appear, click ok to uninstall.

After uninstalling, browse Action > Scan for hardware changes to scan the hardware. While doing this, the Wifi is also recognized again by the system.
